A lovely fruity release from the Walsh distillery in south east Ireland.
Matured exclusively in oloroso sherry casks, creating aromas of candied orange peel, chocolate covered marzipan, dried fruit and praline that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of rich nuts, Christmas cake, tangy pineapple, liquorice and melted milk chocolate, with walnuts and baking spice lingering in the finish.
