The pale yellow hue of the wine features a tell-tale greenish rim. Brilliant and pristine, its nose is exceptionally fragrant, with strong intensity. Flavors of white and tropical fruit mingle with subtle floral notes of orange blossom. Its body is homogenous, providing generous length on the palate. Fresh and well-balanced with ample acidity, the finish is strongly reminiscent of pears and a hint of citrus.
To pair with Pasta with basil, bechamel sauce, cheese. Enjoy it with seafood, white fish and white meats, such as chicken wings.
